10 Days Easy Return

• Once your returned item is received, our Quality Assurance Department will review it.
  
  

• Any item that shows sign of wear or has been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than the company) or damaged cannot be accepted for 10 Day Easy Return
  
  

• In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the BuyBack / Exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.
  
  

• GEHNABOX reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for specific customers. In such a situation, the customer will always be informed of the decision prior to the purchase.
  
  

• Full invoice value will be returned for returns within 10days of invoice date if all conditions meet the general requirements stated above.
  
  

• In case of a refund on 10 Day Easy Return, payment of the refund amount shall be done via online bank transfer to the customer's bank account within 10 days of receipt of the product. • You can exchange your design within 10 days for the full value only once. If you wish to exchange the design the second time, it will be considered as a Lifetime Exchange.

 Order Cancellation Terms and Conditions

• Cancellation by the Customer:

  • Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via [Email/Website Contact Form/Customer Service Portal].
  • For customized or personalized items, cancellation may not be possible once production has begun.
  • If the order has already been processed for shipping, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the customer can request a return after receiving the item, subject to our return policy.

• Cancellation by the Company:

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
    • Item unavailability or out-of-stock situations.
    • Errors in product information or pricing.
    • Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
    • Failure of payment processing.
    • Shipping restrictions to the customer's location.
    • Unable to contact with customer.
  • In the event of cancellation by the company, the customer will be notified via [Email/Phone] and a full refund will be issued.
  • If the order was Cash on Delivery, and the item is out of stock, the order will be cancelled, after confirmation from the customer.
